It was December last year when I got the call. On the phone the founder and CEO behind the skincare brand D-SKIN. She indicated that due to rapid growth it became increasingly challenging to bring ideas to reality. If I could advise and help. After an inventory of the challenges, my starting point was to (re)define the mission, vision, business objectives and brand goals. Translated the strategy into projects. And to ensure that it ran smoothly, a new (work) process was formulated with the team: from research & development to marketing and e-commerce. We have made great progress within a year. But none of this would have been possible without people who are open to change and without a corporate culture that contributes to it. With the help of an external HR advisor, and project manager, plus the dedication of the internal team and the perseverance and trust of founder Delia Erdogan, we have come a long way. The plans for 2023 are now ready and the preparatory work is in full swing. But first let’s enjoy this success.
