As founder and CEO of three companies, Delia wanted insights from an outside business-and brand strategist. And so my advisory role at the growing e-commerce platform Delia Skin Master began. Since a few months I have been advising them in their transition into the next phase and in their branding. The growth potential has been studied and the short-term and long-term ambitions have been defined. We have now started rolling out the plan to realize growth. Branding and marketing have been given a central role in the organization and work processes have been optimized. One of the team’s wishes for marketing was a pop-up store for its own Skin Care brand D-SKIN by Delia. That wish has came true and was a great success. And so many more good things are coming.
